🇬🇧 Junior meaning: English Vocabulary Flash Card
adjective
We use "junior" to describe someone who is lower in rank or position than another person. A junior person is not the main boss yet, or not as high in level as a senior person. For example, a junior teacher might still be learning from a senior teacher, or a junior coach might help the head coach. Being junior doesn’t mean you’re not important; it just means you’re at an earlier or lower level in a group, job, or team.
